So your choosing that to make a card 'Internal' won't always do what you want (it is device/manufacturer dependent). The option should be in all phones with the correct Android versions, but manufacturers have the option to not allow it. While some more recent devices add an option in their 'Settings' that claims it will make the SD card 'Internal' rather than 'External' storage, it doesn't actually do the same as the instructions I am including below.
